Insurance & Fees

We are in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. It is recommended that you check with your provider to confirm coverage related to your deductible, copay, or coinsurance. While we are only in network with BCBS, some providers provide out of network benefits and may reimburse you for a certain percentage of the session costs. Our of pocket fee is $175 per session.

Cancellation Policy

If sessions are cancelled within a 24-hour period, you will be required to pay the full fee for the session. Please note that insurance will not cover or reimburse for late cancellations or missed session.

Direct Fee Clients

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (No Surprises Act), out of pocket clients are entitled to a written and/or oral estimate of expected charges per session. This can help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving certain health care items and services.
